Jiminy Cricket's Pre-school opened in 1990 and operates from the Ashford Hill Cricket Club in the village of Ashford Hill. It is a small, friendly pre-school, with children aged 2 years 9 months to school age.

We are situated in a lovely rural setting on Ashford Hill Recreation Ground with our own enclosed garden, use of the adjacent playground and access to safe country walks.

We have close links with the adjacent Ashford Hill Primary School, where the children visit regularly, particularly during the summer, prior to starting school.

The Pre-school has a wide variety of resources and welcomes all children from the local area and surrounding villages. It is managed by a voluntary committee made up of parents of children at the Pre-school.
