Rainbow Pre-School Playgroup is a privately owned group. It opened in 1983 and operates from the Frankby Scout Headquarters in the village of Frankby, Wirral. A maximum of 26 children may attend the group at any one time. The pre-school is open Monday to Friday from 09.15 until 11.45 during school term times. The area outside the hall is enclosed with temporary fencing to provide a secure play area.
