Whirley Pre-school is managed by a committee of parents. It opened in 1996 and operates from Broken Cross Methodist Church, Macclesfield, and has access to the whole of the premises. A maximum of 26 children aged from two years to under five years may attend the pre-school at any one time. The pre-school is open each weekday from 09.15 to 11.45 and Monday and Thursday 12.30 to 15.00 term time only. There is access to a secure outdoor play area.
