Childcare Vouchers for Nurseries
The cost of nurseries and daycare can be a huge burden on families. To help meet these costs, childcare vouchers are available. These vouchers can save you around £1,000 per year, per parent.
Childcare vouchers must be claimed through your employer, so your employer must run a voucher scheme. It doesn’t cost your employer anything to run the scheme, so if your employer doesn’t have one, it would be a good idea for you to recommend they start one. This isn’t as difficult as it sounds - there are benefits for the employer too, as it will enable them to provide genuine employee benefits at no cost.
